You can't flush soil. The dirt acts like a filter. The top few inches filter out everything that's no water soluble. The more you water. The farther down the dirt you leech the additives. What you're considering as 'flushing'. Is starving the plant in an effort for the plant to consume what's left over/ trapped in the soil.
You can flood the pot all you want. Only the plant itself can remove the nutrients.

you'll notice fertilizers instructions taper the feed as the flower comes to finish. following directions negates flushing.
if growing organically dont sweat it. skip feeding the last week or so.
I never regretted waiting another week when I knew mine was finished.

uh..what exactly are you feeding now, what soil is in it, anything else you wanna share about additives or ?

That one extra week makes the grow.
That's basically it. Plain water. As for when to start. Stop feeding it at the first sign of Amber. As soon as you see 1% amber. Give it nothing but plain water. Don't let the soil go dry. Keep it moist like it's a house plant.
You can begin sooner but it go's by the look of the yellowing leaves. Slow gradual yellowing, that is. Indicating the plant has cleaned up the majority of nitrogen in the soil.
Or....feed it till it's dead and cure the bud a little longer. If you keep getting a chemical taste. Change nutrients. Organic is known for the best flavors. Chemical salts grow lots of bud but have a twang' taste.

It's just garden centre organic soil with perlite never gave grow nutes only given plagron alga bloom soon as I saw white hairs
Ok cool buy the look of them can you tell when I should start to feed just water ?

About 5-10 days before finish. I personally stop feeding at the first sign of Amber. It takes about 5-7 days for the plant to reach the right amount to harvest. By that point, the plant has either stopped or drastically slowed looking for pollen. All the hairs are brown or browning. Nutrients aren't being absorbed as much and it stops drinking as much water.
It's preparing to die. Help that natural process by cutting the fertilizer at that time.
5-10 days till finish ? The buds haven't even really grown much lower down on the branches more like white hairs and leaves

You sure can drop the ppm in potted soil, out in the ground you are stuck with what you have though.
One thing I want to try still is to take a branch with a flower and put it in a vase with just water like ordinary cut flowers. I reckon it should burn through reserves about as fast as a clone that didn't take.

The plant in the picture is weeks away from anything looking finished. It still has a way to go.
There's two there, I didn't think it was near ready yet tbh how many weeks you thinking tho ?
