Ok, so here's the deal..I started out with a single mother plant, took some cuttings and made some clones. The clones started rooting decently April 28th. On a trip over a week long, the mother absorbed everything in the reservoir while i was gone and sad to say, she didn't make it. So, I was left with 5 babies and now they are nearing harvest, but it's a bit difficult to really see the trich's. I have a 30X eye loop but it seems challenging to really get the branch still and see the trich's in any sort of great detail. So I am posting up some pics in an attempt to get a better idea of when to harvest. They are in individual 5 gal buckets, DWC w/ airstones in each. I have to admit I need to invest in a good pH meter still, but I check the pH so that it matches up with the ideal olive green color on the tester kit for 6.5. They are lit by a 400w HID HPS/MH (cant remember which one is sort of amberish color). Please let me know to the best of your knowledge when I should harvest because I can't really see the trich's that well to know if they are "cloudy" or just clear because of the light. From what I have read, it says to harvest when 70% are cloudy, or the pistils/hair things have receded. The orangeish pictures are a couple/few days older than the pics I took with flash.
