when is the best time to top off a clone?

yeh ive heard its not good to top clones too,, ,aybe it depends on gentics,,good strain good results n that

I would grow 4 nodes then top it to 3 then wait a week and top the branches that come from the second node and another week and top whatever is not even with the rest of the canopy than flower. clones can be topped no problem.

I usually have 3 nodes already when I take a clone and once it roots and starts growing again is when I to it. probablr a couple/three weeks.
