when is the best time to fertiliser

my seeds have just spouted, how long till i start feeding them and what is the best fertiliser to use.

what soil do you have them growing in?

Ya have two weeks easy to start. Almost anything will do for the first month or so. By then you should have more of an idea how you want to do this. a little research is in order here
