When does she start flowering? CALI

wsup i got 2 ladies vegging for about 2 weeks indoor with 3CFL bulbs but i'm planning to bring'm outdoor when the sun hits high. My question is when does the light change to flowering outdoors this summer so i have a good idea when to top them. also i should wait til they're at least 1ft before topping yeah?

i dunno about topping, but they should start budding by late august. gl

You might want to wait to put your ladies out. If you do it now with out light supplement they will flower now. Then they will probably revert back to veg.
