When do you start using a net trellis?

I'm on day 37 from seed and by day 40 I plan on repotting into their final homes of 7 gallon pots (up from 3).

I am wondering when you guys add in the net? I thought it wouldn't be necessary until I topped (just did around 1.5 weeks ago), and now the growth is going nuts! so.. I'm wondering if you can like take it out of a net and repot... or ... if you wait til it's in its final pot?

I'd wait to rep of and then add the net .. u maybe could rep of while it's in the net if u had to but I'd be a huge pain ... so ya wait or I would wait

Wait till it's in its final container, then depending on the area it needs to fill is how long you veg for after that. I've done outdoor Scrog that vegged for well over a month in the screen getting woven ( 6x6 scrog) and as little as a week or 2 on smaller 3x3 screens, but I generally have them vegging in the screen at least 2 weeks up to a month. Just keep weaving till it's growing up around the edges, and flip. If you have a light centered over the scrog it almost makes it into a stadium style grow where very little light is wasted around the edges
