when do i start feeding?

My plant sprouted when should i start feeding it..the soil that it is in is miracle-gro premium potting soil moisture control..it says it already has food in it enough to feed a plant up to 3 months..

There is plenty of food in the soil. Like it says ya may not have to feed for 3 months.
