When do i change light hours?

i tried to search and i read guides but i havnt been able to find when exactly i go from 24 to 18/6 hours

oh btw high guys im new

If I were you I'd start my plants right off with 18/6 lighting. 24/0 lighting has been known to produce more males than 18/6. Then, depending on how large you want your plants, you can induce flowering with a 12/12 lighting schedule anywhere from seedling up to 2 or 3 months. Unless you're just growing these plants as mothers, then you'd want to stay with the 18/6 lighting.
