When can I smoke it? NEED HELP!!

HEY THERE EVERYBODY!!

This is my first post!

I have been growing a couple plants in margarine tubs for about 7 months now. I have been growing them the old fashioned way, just water and sunlight.
One of them if definately a male. I separated them a little too late, I think.
The female has buds growing but they are growing slowly. I just give the plant water. The soil is good, as it comes from my neighbors victory garden.
The plants are taking forever to grow...is it because they are in small containers? What can I do to make it grow faster? Plant food? What kind?



Also, can I smoke the buds yet? I'm out of my regular supply of smoke right now.

my man, no disrespect but if that plant is 7 mo old you got problems. if you're serious about this grow thing a margarine tub and no nutes ain't gonna get it. start by getting all the info you can from here. a margarine tub is ok to start in but for no more than a couple weeks. just so you know you're gonna need a 5 gal container with a good medium and good nutes. not to mention good lighting. read everything you can if you really want to grow. btw that looks like a male....kinda far off but if i had to bet.....anyway do some reading and try to get some good seed before trying again.

is there even any buds on that yet? not as far as i can see and from what ive heard you should wait until fully developed and dried + cured but thats as far as i know and im a bit of a newb lol

No, it's a female..I had two plants, and one was definately a male.

I gave the male away.

The female has a little bit bigger buds than in my first post, but they are still small. I bought a bigger pot to plant it in.

What kind of plant food can I use? Miracle Gro?

what u need my friend is a bigger container for that plant. 7 months and its only tht big, im pretty sure its too late now tho bc u are already getting buds. Just for ur next grow make sure u transplant. it will take half the time u invested and be alot bigger
