When are seedlings ready to see the 400 watter

I have some little ones under the tubes. They are two weeks old, well rooted, and growing healthy fan blades with branches starting at the first set of internodes. I want to finish them in a small soil S.O.G. When can they handle the 400(i am going to veg for 1 week under the 400)?

Now, just start 2 1/2 or 3 feet above till acclimated a day or 2, then start lowering the light a few inches a day till you are where it is not too hot to the back of your hand after 10 seconds.
