whats wrong?

What seems wrong with this 5 week old plant.. Leaves seem dry, narrow, and curving

Now that is what a PH problem looks like

The leprechaun is right.
Most likely the mediums' pH is below 5.8 and/or cold...in which Phosphorus becomes locked out and brings Fe & Zn along with it.
Are you monitoring ph levels and temperature?
