Whats wrong with this plant?

This auto is only 2 weeks old and already showing signs of some major issue I can’t seem to solve. Anyone have any ideas?

My ph is 8.5 which is way to high. But I use really good soil which I always have been using, and as far as I remember the ph should correct itself in the soil. Genetics may be a idea yea. I have never had these kind of issues so early, and its concering

The ph in the water, not in the soil
 
The lower sidebranches seems to doing fine. Noticing a lot or water bubles in my leaves (need to turn off the humidifier).
