What's wrong with this cutting?

I don't know what soil he uses or what clone method either. just got it a couple of hours ago, he have several years of experience, but couldn't tell either...he just said that the plant would like to change "environment" soon, so i took it from him today and will start raising it as my own little child, it's my first grow.

Should replant it tomorrow in a pot and new soil (if it's worth it, is it going so survive?)

It has a very complete rot-system all white and fine, and new small branches are groing to.
Should i cut the larger "damaged" leaves when they grow up a little bit (the new ones)?

I don't understnd what you mean, the roots are all white and alive, i planted it in a large pot with new soil earlier today.
But you think it's nut burn?
If it's nut burn what can i do?
Flush the soil?
