Shes yellow at best, not green, seed just popped off last night, might be over thinking it, the rapid rooter may have been too moist. Going to get her under 18/6 of light now. Is there something wrong with her?

** pics are two responses down, forgot ot upload :< **

need more info.. what lights are you using.. 6500 cfl is good for vegging. there are spectrums that don't do crap to the plant like below 5000k and above 2700k

mk, what do you think about the bent shape and yellowish color of the plant? Think its just not developed yet? Seed popped off it throughout the night.

Just broke soil, which it a fight for a seedling, and under the soil is dark, so no light. It should straighten and green up over the next few days.

I hope this is true. I have never had a seedling come up yellow. Always green. Good luck and I hope it works out

Not saying it's the only reason, but it is a possibility. I've had a few do it and bounce back right away. From seed you never know what will happen.
The holes seen a little big in the rooters (man I hate them). I believe with those your supposed to (like in soil) compress a little around the seed. Don't want no support on the new stem.

I read on seed breeder sites that you shouldn't use the pellets or rapid rooters.. best to go straight into unferted soil/soiless mix.

Ok, i tried a full day in unferted soil, it didnt do dick, it dried out and clumped hard, even with perilite added. I change the taproot over to a pellet and boom, it pops out of the stem and comes out over night.

you did this before the picture was taken? that is a a lot of stress.. that very well could be your problem sometimes they are slow to come up but what every you did, didn't help.. matter of fact I'm not sure if I see your complete picture you're coloring
