What’s wrong with my seedling

Should be fine it’s coming out of the ground and going up to the light. Someone smarter will explain the science.

Basically your seedling forms two growth nodes. One node turns into a mass of roots and another node using the nutrients in the seedling to grow what's called a dicot stem. If I were you, I would use a different soil mixture. You're probably worried why is it struggling to grow and that's because ground soil is hard and easily compacted into a tough, hard surface.
that's a good video on a soil that will provide you through the whole thing with nutrients.
You're gonna be fine just needs more sun access as well so take it out of the solo cup and put some rocks at the bottom then add more dirt and add that seedlings back. You want only a half centimeter cup showing.

Thx u I’ll make sure to do that right now I just hope I don’t ruin any of the roots or anything when I take it out and I’m not worried about growth I’m worried to why it looks like it’s bending back into the soil and why the bottom of one leaf is purple and also a little pale lol I might just be overthinking everything though lol the growth I think is going quick cause late night I checked their was nothing and then when I woke up boom lol I’m super excited and scared at the same time

There's nothing wrong with it......relax and smoke a doobie.
Just put it under the light and it will green up.

I will show you some of my seedlings for example. I ran them a little "hot " as some growers call with the soil because I like to experiment too much R.I.P that is what a nutrient lock out plus a light someone close to the plant. If your light is too powerful for the seedling, your plant will turn away from the light in order to avoid it. Sometimes plants are just idiots though and you just replant them facing the light.

If you have any more questions, let me know. If your someone computer savvy, I have a software that you can copy and paste onto your computer that you can run plant pictures through and it will show you the N.P.K/ ndvi levels in the plant. Which can tell you what nutrients to add or subtract too your grow.

I can't find any pictures of my seedlings, but trust me, they were ugly. I germinated 10 seeds and they all popped. But one didn't break soil at all. Three others were so crooked, and yellow, and brown....I just tossed them. I kept 6 out of the ten seedlings because that's my legal limit here in Maine. One of those was stunted pretty bad, here's a shot of her at the beginning of week three...20200205_151206.jpg

Looking at your cotyledon it's looking a little off-color, but 8 out of 10 of mine were off-color. I'd give it a little more time. Also, I think one of the other posters said it, get something in the soil to thin it out (make it lighter and more able to provide air and drainage for your roots). I use perlite.

It sounded like you were planning to pull her out of the solo cup and modify the soil? Be SUPER careful with that taproot. I had to transfer one of my seedlings after the taproot had shot out about half an inch. I was successful, but I was using peat pellets, which are fluffier than what you look like you have in the cup.

My two cents worth, they call it weed for a reason. In the ten years I've been growing, I've made some serious mistakes and I've never had a plant just flat out die on me. For all the problems I had with this grow so far (this is my first attempt at growing autoflower from seed) the girls have been resilient. The above picture is a shot of the smallest of my six seedlings at the end of week three. Here's the tent today (that slow-growing seedling from above is the plant in the middle front). week7.jpg
