What’s wrong with my plants?

I am currently growing 3 different strains under a mars hydro ts1000 & a few of my seedlings are looking a little sad. I am wondering if they aren’t getting nutes yet due to me using dry amendments. What does it look like it is deficient in? Thanks

I’m using an organic soil from Lowe’s i don’t remember the brand it has stuff like blood & bone meal feather meal & worm castings & I mixed with my dry nutes, I’m using earth dust from the green sunshine company

Is it possible that your soil is too hot and that you overfed them?
