Noticed these white spots on fan leaves and my fan leafs point down.(see highlighted photo)

If you zoom in on the first pic...near the leaf end...you can see the little tiny yellow worm looking bug...thrips my guess too.

N tox usually causes downward hook. Along with darker green colour. Can use oil and soap spray to control thrips.

Could you give me details on the oil and soap spray. Are the bad for my plants and where or how the hell did I get them?
