What's wrong with my Bubba 76 plant?? (2 pics)

Hello all!, I've been checking out rollitup for about 2yrs now. I always seem to get the answers I need without having to start a thread & ask questions. However this is my 1st real grow & I need some help. I have a bubba 76 feminized plant which was started from seed 3 weeks ago. The plant was growing beautifully until about 3 days ago when I started noticing light brown spots & a crisp texture on some of the leaves along with drooping. I started the seeds in 1.5" grodan mini blocks until roots were showing through the bottom I then transplanted into a 4" grodan cube, both were ph'ed to 5.5 I've been trying the Dyna-gro line which consists of the grow 7-9-5 & pro-tekt silicon solution 0-0-3 along with hormex B-1 & hormones all mixed @ 1/2 strength with tap water ph'ed to 5.8 as far as the tap water goes I let it sit out 24hrs before use only because I heard that helps with the chlorine.. Can anybody diagnose what might be wrong? I'm getting worried... Thanks in advance!

My ultimate goal was to transplant to an aeroponic system once roots come through the 4" cube but in the meantime with limited resources the only way I've been watering is by dunking the block in water until it gets soaked up & putting it back under lights in my tray. I repeat this process every time the block starts to dry out which is about every 3-5 days

Its not too bad...lower leaves die as plant grows...I mean its not the healthiest plant there is but just keep ur watering schedule correct n watch ur nutes n should b ok...I wouldn't advise feeding much at this time
