Whats up with all those members that have been here years yet only have 1 post...

the really sad thing is sock puppets...we have people here that just create fake new accts to bait people. They think they're cute but all they've done is dilute our community to the point many veterans now avoid posting in new acct threads. Way to go you little twerps. When i see old accts with one post i instantly suspect sock puppet and just ignore it.

^^ this and we have some particularly pernicious ones in TnT. They have created screen names years ago and then let them lie for years before they start their reindeer games.

There are 22 responses in Trustpilot (www.trustpilot.com/review/www.rollitup.org) concerning growers thoughts about Rollitup. Of the 22 responses, 27% liked Rollitup whereas 73% disliked.

Not saying they are valid, many of the responders though that disliked this forum complained about the name-calling and defamation of character that a number of members here have used against them when they (the responders) submitting an opinion on some topic.

Below are two of the complaints, which I pasted on this page.

Toxic environment
The site has gone downhill, and is full of insecure trolls who are also moderators. They mob together to bully and insult other users. But, like another has said, as soon as one gains the upper hand in defending themself their thread will be deleted by a humiliated moderator.

Because of the sloppy governance and an historic willingness to dox users it is also likely the forum owners or moderators collude with law enforcement.
Stay away.

This site is run by trolls, curious2grow, garygoodson, Loki,shrate88 just to name a few, they're in tight with some of the moderators who are supposed to monitor things. They start an online bullying session, then if you get the best of them, you get banned for the same thing they do to you. This site has been around for a while, but it will never be the kind of site people can go to and be made welcome.the site owners need to step in and step up. It could be a good place if they got rid of the right people.as it stands now, this site sucks so bad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

In finishing up, I too have come across a few of these toxic replies described above by some of the members of this forum. Perhaps this may be one of the reasons our members sort of disappear and then reappear into one of the dozens of pot forums to be found on the net.
 
I believe people have more of a tendency to give negative feedback on anything, a refrigerator, stove, microwave, anything, than positive. If you come in here with a chip on your shoulder it will be knocked off. I think I have friends on here, I've met a couple IRL and they were stand up guys that have helped me out. My 2c.

I agree 100%.
I've been here a small number of years and have experienced some of their accusation of name calling and the such. Personally, it amuses me. I've learned years ago its better to ignore, than give a defensive reply.
The title of this thread got me sucked into this conversation since I have wondered the same thing.

I swear to god the quality of trolls these days. Socks can't even put in the energy to spell names correctly. So what are we supposed to do? Overlook that shit? I don't think so!
