This is an outdoor see what happens Strawberry Cheesecake auto grow. No pest management. Some leaves eaten by something, some moderate spider mite damage, some bud rot. Now, I'm seeing these white, pod-like structures suspended at the end of these hair-like stalks coming from leaves. Took several pics and this is the best one so far. Is this the work of a pest? Some sort of fungus or mold spore? I'm stumped.

I'd say maybe an egg of some kind maybe but I never seen one hanging from a hair like structure there normally the underside of the leaves Ime if it's pests tis a strange one don't look like mould to me that's grey or brown n slimy if it's mould ime

Maybe some kind of fungal fruiting body? There looks to be some funk going on with the leaf edges.
