What’s this on my plant?

Little black line/spot on one leaf of my first set of true leaves. (She’s on her 5th node now)
She aight?

It's only the oldest leaf that seems effected.

Not sure if that line is from water or a bug, but IMO I would try and get some perlite or vermiculite and use a bit of Nitrogen Plants use lots of Nitrogen during the veg state. Do not over water her. Make sure the pot gets light before watering it I found that there's nothing worse than over watering.

Give her some time and try and make it so you have more drainage Lime is a good buffer too if you over fert her.
