Did you fim? Looks like leaves that got mangled in a slightly-too-high fim to me.

Ya could be it. I was experimenting with fimming so if I hit it too high I would have missed the fim causing the plant to grow normally without the results and just have mangled leaves. Probably the cause. Just having some major malfunctions with my grow and trying to narrow down the possible causes.
