What's the best organic soil to buy from HD or Lowes?

My options are Home Depot and Lowes. That's all we have around here.

Will a second grow in MG organic soil still be burned? I have nutes that I can add if the soil is depleted.

I use MG organic sometimes. It sounds like you want to reuse the mix, correct? If that is the case I would flush it with 3x the volume of water, after that go in with 1/4 strength nutes and build from there. I do agree that stuff can be a little hot.
