Auto AK is a good choice if you want sativa/indica type, for an indica type i would choose Royal Queen Seeds Special Kush or Barney's Vanilla Kusk

Haven't tried it yet but barneys has a strain called Auto Blue Mammoth. Ak47 x Blueberry x Ruderalis. Want to get me some of those soon. I grew double diesel ryder from sagarmatha. Was pretty good. Room smelled exactly like fruity pebbles about 6 weeks in.

I don't know the best auto, but I did research on the best cannabis for sleep so I chose Northern lights cause it was ranked constantly as one of the best.
