What's happening here?

Looking for somebody to give me an explanation of what this is. It's not a hermie but at the end of flower it looks awful and it's growing small shoots of buds off the main buds. The new growth is not dense at all. Some of it it one calyx on the end of a tiny stem. All the others of the same genetics looked great. Same conditions etc. Any info would be great!

Looks like it's fox tailing. Not knowing your conditions, you need to read up on fox tailing and you'll figure out why. Could be genetic or from environmental conditions our both.
