Started noticing this spots on a couple of my plants after returning from vacation are they from an insect ? Or deficiency?

You got bugs man.........either spider mites or thrips.
Look closely under the leaves.

Good eye........I didn't see them until I magnified the pic.

I'm guessing they are those little narrow things on the leaves. Can I get rid of them with a spray ? Thanks for spotting that and the reply !

Citric acid 2-3 tsp per litre of water.

Sounds good I'll pick some up, I'm guessing just foliar spray both sides of the leaves ?
