What's causing this droopy plant

This started when I moved her from the early veg dwc tote to the large rdwc alien system. It's a couple of plants that have done this. My water is on point my lights are dialed back I don't know what is happening. The only thing is they are in 4" rockwool cube that I've never used before. Should they be wet or dry or what. The feel heavy but there is plenty of air pumping in.IMG20241025183504.jpg

I dont do hydro but to me they look over watered.
I do use rockwool cubes for cloning though. From my cloning experience when the rockwool is wet and heavy to roots grow very slow. When the rockwool is light and just slightly moist the roots grow very well.

Thanks man they are very heavy maybe I'll squeeze some water out

Be careful squeezing the rockwool blocks, it's best to "fling" them to remove water without crushing the fibers and eliminating some air voids.
Ok but I can't take them out of the net pot with the roots going through maybe it would be better to lower the water level do you think, stop any bubbles wetting it and let it dry out
