What would you use?

Got a room that is 2' by 3' 7' tall. What would everyone's perfect setup consist of. I have grown before so I am not new to this. wish lists would be great.

Let me clarify, I have about 500 bucks to spend. Good news is that I already have a 400w Mh light. Need everything else.
