what would cause clones to flower on 18/6 light cycle?

I hope someone can help,my 8 clones are on a 18/6 light cycle and just started flowering.They are not autos and their moms did not do this.They are all otherwise healthy and I was going to start flower in 2 weeks anyway , and is it to late to clone after they start to flower? That is my main concern cuz I don't want to lose these genetics.

you can take cuttings in flowering

They are probably just pre-flowering.
