What to grow first?

Yay!, my seeds arrived today and now the dilemma I'm facing is which one to grow first? I don't have much space (1,5mx1,5m) and I'll grow them indoors. Here's the list:

- Holland's hope fem. (best for outdoors but I've read a bunch of posts of people saying it grows nicely indoors, too)
- Blueberry bud (regular)
- Blue Dream (fem.)
- THC Pro (fem.)

and the 2 freebies I got are

- Big Bud (fem.)
- AK 49 auto (shucks.. never read good reviews on autos)

My plan is to grow one at a time, along with some other generic seed (from South America, most likely) in case one of my special babies turns out to be male/hermie. This way I'll be able to pollinize the other. Wouldn't be the best scenario but at least I'd have some pretty good seeds, I reckon.

So, any thoughts/suggestions?

BTW, I got the seeds from The Single Seed Centre. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

Thanks, and peace!

hso blue dream? If so it would be my choice though i wouldn't have hopes of getting anything identical to the clone only. Have seen really nice grows done with the hso blue dream whatever people may say which is really only because of the name.

I would do the blue dream. I would throw the auto in while it's vegging since auto's like 18+ light so you will have bud while you are waiting for the other to flower. imo

Thank you very much :) The Blue Dream I got came from Humboldt, yes - never heard of them before but I'll give it a shot, then! And also it is a good idea to grow the auto, too. I'm currently growing 4 plants and they have plenty of room left... I just don't want to run out of space :)

Have you ever grown from seed? If not pop that big bud freebie to get your feet wet and if it's legit you should see a nice yield.

Drop your seed packs in a bowl and pick one LOL! I wouldn't pop the auto first myself... The Blue Dream is a top choice though!

I agree with Blue Dream first. I have grown the auto AK before it just like jimmer6577 said grow that during veg of the Blue Dream.
Here is a pic of a little bud from the Auto AK
The auto AK is a nice little plant.IMAG0197.jpg

Seems like Blue Dream is the absolute winner then! :D Thank you very much for the replies :) And Grojak - yes, I'm currently at the end of the flowering cycle of 4 females - my first time ever, so Blue Dream will be my second. I'd say I'm doing a pretty good job for a noob! My 4 girls are 2 weeks away from harvest and I'm expecting a yield of some 500 grams, total. These seeds came along with the horrible weed we get around here, but they all seem to be sativa dominant.

^^^ congrats on almost finishing up word of advice remember all the hard work and diligence you put into your first grow and keep that mentality. My first grow went pretty awesome than I got cocky and complacent and damn near ruined my 2nd grow!!

Filó.jpg - That's Filomena, as of yesterday :D Yes, it's hard work but you know what? I'm loving every single day of the whole thing. Nothing like not having to depend on anyone to have what you want! :D

I say it doesn't matter what strain. We have to prove to ourselves we can do it. It is like asking should I grow Merlot, or Sirah, or Cabernet, or Resling?

I say WHAT???? Can you grow grape at all, is the first question? I say start anywhere with anything to find out that learning to grow this stuff has nothing to do with the strain. I grow all kinds of strains. What ever they have. I happen to like Indica and Sativas, both. So, to me it all grows more or less the same.

Almost all plants grow more or less the same.

Meds for wife - we probably did! The packages look alike. I've ordered mine from The Single Seed Centre (UK) - they were very highly recommended by other people so I gave them a shot. And man, they do deliver quickly and discreetly! Prices are reasonable, too!
And Doer, dully noted! But being a noob, I like reading other people's opinions and suggestions so I minimize the damage I might cause by ignorance!

Peace! :joint:

Yeah, but what about other people's ignorance? :) Your experience is the only thing that matter, I say. Your location, situation and funds are unique. After flailing about with various set-ups and "advice" for 2 years..... I remember my house plants. Those are fine, growing well, etc. Perhaps I do TOO MUCH with the ganja.

Yep.

True, that, Doer :) Especially considering I live in Brazil and there are not too many info regarding indoor growth in such a hot weather! But I'm doing alright :) Even got an air-conditioner to help keep the temps low!

Well, it is a struggle for you with heat and humidity. I wish I had doubled the size of my 9000 btu AC in just a 5' wide bathroom. :)

When you calculate these heat loads, it is not your normal bathroom with 400 cubic feet any more. Everything, fans, pumps, lights, produce heat.
So, I got a small bedroom AC that covers double the cubic feet. Not enough. If I had an 18K BTU, that would do it.

So, really you need 3 or 4 times the cooling, than usual, just for a bare room.

Yes.. I'm getting good results by using two inline fans, the air-conditioner and an outside fan to blow the cool air in. So far I'm managing to keep the temp inside the tent at around 77F, and the humidity around 45-55. :) Also I have three cats who love munching on anything green so I have to keep the door of that room locked at all times.
