Best to snip the little one off and don't disturb the other ones roots so you have one good one if you try to separate them you lose lose them both.

I ment operate as to cut the little bugger or cut both and replace the seed.

What if I let em both grow for 2 weeks and cut the small one there?
Wouldn't it make more roots to support the mutation? And after that I am left with a bigger root system and only one plant?

I had that happen to me, couple years ago. I got all excited thinking I was gonna get a monster yield... they both ended up dying. Best bet is to cut the smaller 1 and hope the other one makes it.
