What to do with the little flowers trying to branch out from all sorts of areas on this bush?

I told myself i was going to leave every stem having 3 nodes of flowers alone, but this plant is doing things ive never seen before, probably because i topped the hell out of it and LST'd and vegged for too long.

7/6 - IMG_0196.JPG - Originally had a dandelion weed wrapped around her main stem not realizing that her roots were entangled together so i ripped the weed out knowing it might kill her, she wilted later so I gave her some tap water with epsom salt and the next day, she came back to life as you can see here.

7/13 - IMG_0202.JPG - Treated her with some recharge the week before, then started adding some nutes to get her to vegging more. LST'd 4 branches to make a circle and of the 3 skinny branches in the middle that looked like weaklings of the pack, kept one and clipped the others and propped her up with a stick.

7/20 - IMG_0212.JPG - Started her on a full on feeding watering regimen 2 x a week with 2 gallons of water (1st to flush out unused nutrients with recharged water; 2nd to feed her a heavier mixed nute regimen). She responded well to the LST to the branches. I call this ring around the bush.

7/27 - IMG_E0239.JPG - Continued flush and feed drain to waste. All sorts of growth popping up. Silica Blast seems to really be helping with the shaping of the plant. Did some topping.

8/3 - IMG_E0265.JPG - Starting to gain in height here. More topping.

8/10 - IMG_E0272.JPG - Starting to fill up with more foliage.

8/18 - IMG_E0290.JPG - Top View. Canopy filling in from the middle. Started with 4 lower branch stems and 1 middle stem. Did some trimming to smooth the bottom of her bush. Induced her to start flowering by change her nutrient mix because she's just getting a little too big.

8/25 - IMG_E0301.JPG - Did more trimming and shes stretched to the second level of the tomato cage. There's little tiny branches sprouting out from down under. I clipped some of them but kept those with at least 3 nodes of flowers. Selectively cutting fan leaves that are stand alone and not feeding directly to a flower.

9/3 - IMG_E0307.JPG - Im guessin this is week 2 of flowering. She's still got tiny thin branches below fighting to for sun light.

So at the bottom of a foot high trimmed bush there is still new growth happening despite the trim job i did on the bottom 12 inches of the plant. I wasn't expecting her to get to almost the top of the cage until now. I live in Oakland and found all sorts of ash dust from the fires on her leaves so i shook the leaves and blew some of the ash off. Should i let her run her course? She's either a whitewidow or a jackherer and the nodes are pretty short even though she stretching. The main stems are nice and thick. But then Ive got a lot of tiny branches from below and in the middle. Can I get away with tying down the big stems so that the skinnier ones can get more light to grow? I've tried pinching the tops of the big stems to slow them down but they just keep getting taller. THere's gotta be about 25 stems/tops on this plant. and maybe 10-15 more underneath the top level canopy. Yes, im a novice outdoor grower having done indoor dwc before. She just took off during vegging. Any ideas?

Thanks for taking a look see!

I’d leave it alone or lollipop it up a bit if you want to do something to it.
I’d personally leave it alone.
