What to do with all the sugar leaf trimmings??

Hello people! i got about 4 oz of trimmings!!!

im thinking of either making butter or hash... i just dont think i can get that much hash out of that much trimmings.. but i think i can get a couple pounds of butter for edibles? is this right?

also am i only supposed to use the small sugary leaves or also the small fan leaves that were attatched to the buds with long stems? are those any good?


do trimmings have to dry before making hash or butter?

First decide which you want to do

Bubble hash
Sieved hash (Kief)
Butane Extracted oil
Iso-propyl alcohol oil
And something else I'm forgetting...;)

I'm favouring iso-oil at the moment...:weed:

idk so many choices!!!!

i just want to make the most of the trimmings.... maybe bubble hash.

what do you do with the oil? smoke it? sorry ive never heard of it haha! but im willing to try something new!

Google dry ice hash. It's amazing the amount of hash you get.

mmmm that looks easy and tasty! do the leaves have to be completely dry? or can you just quick freeze it since youre using dry ice?

The most straight forward is butane (lighter fuel) extraction...there are a load of videos on youtube

And just wipe across a rolling paper, or a drop on a pipe etc etc...

I've never tried dry ice, so couldn't comment...;)

In my opinon if ur trim is new like a couple hrs or even a day or 2 old i would do bho.
Its simple and the newer the trim the better.
U smoke it on a jay wrap or u can get a globe which it what i rec.
Ihave never been as high as i was 2 nights ago. And it was from sum bho. Only 1 fat dab and i was gone.

I like to dry my trim then dry ice. It has so many other was to be used as keif. Cooking, pressing for hash, sprinkling on buds or in joints for a extra kick in the ass. Candies are good too.

I used to have the problem you had. I had poundage of trimming and popcorn but and couldn't vape it fast enough. A few months ago I started making Butane Hash Oil. At first I was put off by warning of danger of explosion but as long as you use common sense it is not really that dangerous. about as dangerous as going to a gas station. It's a great way to concentrate all your trimmings into a nice gooey glob of nearly 100% THC. then let the fun begin. nothing beats dabbing i tell ya.

Love making butter...I prefer eating it for pain. Try pumpkin cupcakes with chai tea icing..

I just freeze fresh sugar trim and then kief it. The kief you get is bubble quality without the huge hassle of making bubble hash...plus enough thc is left after kiefing to make good butter with. Doing bubblehash with ice and water ruins it fir anything else.

I'm in the process of making a tincture.
I'm about 3 weeks in, and another 5 or so weeks to go.
I used vegetable glycerin. I plan on making some hard candy/lollipops.

I make a drink. I boil milk then steep my cannabis leaves in it like a tea and strain the mixture with coffee filters. I add lots of sugar, cinnamon, and honey to taste. Its really good. I usually save my trim, slow cure like my buds, and use it around Halloween or sometimes Christmas. If you want to make a really good Chocolate drink (any hot coco mix will do but this is my personal favorite ) get yourself some Williams-Sonoma Hot Chocolate mix. My girlfriend told me about this company and we bought some for her mother. Bombdigity-Fire-Scrumptious!!!

My gf works at w-s.
That shit is expensive! And that's with her 40% discount. She brought home some $16 mustard in a tiny jar. lol
