Is it better to transplant right when the light turns on or before they rest 6 hrs? Or? 1 thing I found recently is someone on YouTube said that Cal-Mag is best used right when the light turns on cuz the plant is actively using/forcing water up through the plant &this stops during rest? Idk if its same concept but wanna figure out whats most effective n least stressful. Definitely appreciate any help as I am wanting to transplant asap.

Way too much thought and splitting of hairs. Show 'em who's boss and up-pot on your schedule not theirs.
Hahaha ty i got so much love for these plants n I’m super afraid to ever end up w a hermie so i wanna make sure theyre never stressed n I hope to optimize the potential n genetics in time. I got a lot to learn still

After transplanting I always give them a nice spray down with liquid seaweed I only use 1ml per litre helps deal with any stress or you can do a root drench with it

If you don’t end up with a hermie at some point you aren’t growing from seed
It’s always a crapshoot
Just try not to stress your plants or yourself

half an hour before lights on as you'd generally want to fully water them in new soil

The best time to transplant is when you have free time in your schedule. It does not matter.

The best thing you could do would be to stop listening to any advice on YouTube. There may be a few correct things but the vast majority of the information is just bad.

in Veg interrupting the night period won't do any harm
plants drink water when the leaves are exposed to light
during the night, the roots would only sit in the water, though it will still be ok if u got enough aeration/perlite in the mix
