What the hell is wrong with these?????????

Hi guys im really worried bout my babys, they are about 4 weeks old, here are some pics not very clear though,
the bottom leaves are browning at the tips and moving upwards im thinking possibly nute burn? im only using 1/4 nutes, the leaves are also starting to droop a little bit, overwatering? i have the feeding schedule set to come on for 5mins every 4 hours does that sound like too much for how young they are? i just wanna catch the problem before it gets worse.

umm its not reaDY YET I SUPPOSE GO AHEAD AND TRY 1/8 OF NUTE AND EITHER FLUSH OR GO AHEAD AND TRANSPLANT AND CLEAN THE ROOT BALL
