What the heck is this?

This wierd lookin guy that I found about a week ago hasnt changed at all at first I thought maybe it was leafs comin out but it didnt change, The other side of the stem has the same type of thing coming out of it but it just has a tiny white dot on the end of it with no sack arround it, This plant is really wierd looking keep in mind so Im thinkin it might be a hermi and a pollen sack randomly came out maybe? Sorry about the crappy pic Its from a cell phone.

What lighting cycle are you using (12/18/24)? Looks like a sac to me. I would just pluck it and let the plant continue to do it's thing. If turns out to be a hermi or a male plant, crossbreed it with another plant.

Kind of hard to tell. If I had to guess I'd say it's a sack. Remove that plant from the rest just to be safe. Strange looking.
