What size room to flower 40?

Of course lots of things can vary
BUT
If you were building a flowering room what size would you want to comfortably flower 40 plants with room for them to breathe and room for me to be able to move around and access them all easily?

I know for certain I will never flower more than 40 but as I said Id rather have a little bit too much space than not enough BUT of course I do not want to have too much dead/open space. My ceilings are 7.25 feet tall.

I do not plan on starting with 40 but just know that is the max I would ever have so want to build my room to fit the max I would ever need.

How long do you plan on vegging them? I can fit 64 plants in a 4'x4' sog or I can do 8 plants in my 10x10 room. All depends on growing style, but if you want to grow nice size plants you won't want anything less then 10x10

I really like StinkBuds method and set up.

Id like to do 3 weeks in the cloaner, 3 weeks vegge and 9 weeks flowering.
