Ok i have a question that iv been pondering for a bit now and have searched the faqs n wat not.
Now i know that after harvest n drying u lose around 50 to 75% weight (water weight) Now, im all fine and dandy with that, its natures way nothing i can do! Buut i was wondering if THC mass/size also dimminishes or is wat u see on ur plant what u get(hopfully) even after drying n cure. I really dont know and i cant figure it out. If any one has any idea plz feel free to leave ur opinion

my understanding is that the THC with not diminish but a proper curring process will optimize the THC content and taste of your budz .

The psychoactive cannabinoids are in the resin, which is inside the trichomes. The plant dries out the water in it, which is 75-80 percent of the harvest weight, and the resin is still there in the same amounts. It is not water soluble, it is only fat soluble.

your buds will shrink when drying. the resin is semi-liquid and is inside a hard shell. this doesn't shrink as much. your crystals will look BETTER after drying. mine form a "glazed" layer over the surface.
