What plot is the best?

Is a plot with direct sunlight a good plot, or is a plot where there is a little shade from other tree's branches a workable spot?

I have a choice between a direct sunlight spot and one that isn't in direct sunlight. Which one is better?

I say plant one in each and find out! LOl but really i had two similar places to plant so i did both and the direct sun was a little more high maintenence... If u live in a hot area id go for the area that will receive some shade... Take a look at whats already growing there...If regular weeds are growing well, the mj will thrive as well.

Well I just basically cleared away the ground cover, what was left was dirt, and I will fill my hole with some good nuted soil. I think I will just go with the one with a little shade. It shouldn't make too much of a difference.

Marijuana does best when it gets 5 to 8 hours of direct sunlight a day. Better to have your garden in the shade during the hottest part of the day.
