what nutrients to use

I just bought a ebb and flood system, I haven't a clue about what nutes to use, so can you tell what nutes you think are the best for my system, I'm using 2 x 400watt lights,
150mm ruck fan, rhino filter, grow space 1.700mm x 900mm

Check out DynaGro nutes. They're perfect in regards to pH stability and offer complete nutrition. I'm currently testing them and so far I believe them to be very hassle free and perfect for a beginner. It's too early to tell if they're going to be perfect for someone who has been doing this for a while.
