what lights should i use

i was just looking for some opinions o how many seeds to plant and what lights to use i am hoping to grow 2pounds of white widdow in soil and i need to know what lights i will need to achive and how many plants thanks agai in advance

Plant 40 seeds and hope for 20 females. Of the 20 females, pray you can grow 15 of them decently.
