What light should i use?

I was wondering though, i have just put my germinated seeds in the jiffy pellets. What color light should i put them under? I am using the Pro Grow 260 with selective switch. I have them under the blue light right now. And also im not sure how often to water these jiffy pellets. I cant tell if they are too dry or not cause alot of people say they can easily drown the plant...

Get back to me as soo as you can please. and let me know what you think about my grow so far.

I started my first grow about a month a half ago. We used florescent lights for the seedlings. About a week later we transferred them to our hydro unit. The tent is about 5' wide 6.5' tall and 2.5' deep and we used a 400W metal halide light. We kept them vegging for 4 weeks and last Sunday we switched to a 400W HPS. The plants are looking awesome and very green.

Also, as for watering. When the plants were seedlings, we would just spray them with distilled water from a spray bottle a few times a day. Get the cube nice and moist, but not sopping. you don't want to drown them.

Thanks man, yeah i have been misting them and one of them sprouted today. I am hoping the setting i have my light on is good though because the only light i have currently is my led. I just don't know which switch is for vegging.

I don't know anyone that's used LED lights before, but i've seen pictures and you can get some great results. I wanna say for vegging you can use both the blue and red lights, but I know that the blue light is the better one for vegging, and the red is best for flower. I'd just use them both at the same time.
