What kind of setup can i buy or build for around $300?

whats up yall im a new guy who needs advice. i have a room 15'l 6'w 10'h and im starting from scratch. i have jorges grow bible and dvd (which i read/watched like a million times lol) but i didnt get brand names for all the pieces for settin up the room. i seen a nice price for a all in 1 setup for 10girls but i think i could build something bigger (roomwise) where i can expand to more plants after i get the hang of things. i have $500 for the job but i still need to buy seeds so does anyone know of a setup that would work for me?

Your main spend will be on the Lighting and ballasts.

You could probably get a decent 250 watt HPS for $150 - $200.
Then you'll need fans, intake and out take, oscillating fan inside..

You could just make your frame and panda film it.
