No HID lights such as MH or HPS in your case can only be used with ballasts.

Digital ballasts are preferred usage.

without it your bulb will explode or not properly fuction

Where can I find cheap ballasts and how that work, I mean like it will be hard to install or something like that?

You may need to use a couple different search terms to find them. Search on "high bay" or "low bay" or you may need to search on "shop light" or "warehouse light"
These are the cheapest ballasts you'll find, and AFTER you buy something THEN we'll tell you how to hook it up. Easy easy easy and cheap cheap cheap.

Just make sure you get 400hps fixture and make sure it supports your voltage at home. Best bet is to get the multi voltage, the ones that are listed supporting 120/208/240/277 volts. Look at the pictures of their labels and make sure it is multi voltage or what they claim.
