Could be a juvenile dragonfly. They look a bit like that. Pics are too blurry to tell.

Looks like a horse fly. Head and wings of a fly, torso is striped like a bee but grey instead of yellow. Used to get them bad in the stables up north hurt like hell if they bite you.
