What kind of bug ? (Help please)

Right okay so I woke up this morning and watered my girls only to finally notice some black dots on my leaves, there is also a white residue on a few of my leaves. anyone have any idea what this is ? or what I can do to stop it.

im not a gambling gal but im willing to bet without a photo even that you have just discovered the world of thrips annoying critters, the black dots is them shiting on your ladies and the shimmering whiteish residue is a result of them eating chlorophyll. they are raspers( scraping mouth along leaf to make a weeping sore) so many choices but the one i prefer is neem oil its not a drop kill method but it fu(ks up breeding they go sterile and lay pre aborted eggs..chemicals ase a good option if you have a large infestation shit on every leaf i mean covered..but if you are more than a couple weeks into flowering the neem can make your herb taste funny..good luck and i hope that helps.. oh spray once a week for up to three weeks should do the trick

Thanks a lot, I have had a close look and can't find any of these bugs just evidence of them, however I haven't noticed any weeping sores on my plants.
