What kind insect does this sort of damage to leaves?

Greetings fellow growers,

I saw 1 Earwig on 2 seperate occasions, I also had spider mites on a close by plant but that’s eliminated, after foilier spraying which burnt the edges of some leaves. Could this possibly be the damage of any other insect ? Notice the damage is only present on 2 leaves.

Could even be a weevil of some sort.
