Anyone know whats wrong. I included a side by side of the same strain both 3 weeks old on friday. Its really small and has a few deformities. Its also a little bit darker than the healthy one. Indoor grow t5 4 buld grow light.
What is wrong with my friends plant?!

plants like people come in different sizes some plants get huge while a sister plant doesn't everything the same. it looks healthy and as long as it stays healthy not much you can do. don't over water get a meter and water evenly. do those buckets have drain holes?
