What is this?

so my plant has about 3 weeks left of flower and I just noticed some stuff growing on my stems. Any clue on what it is? And is the bud still good?

The bud is garbage. It's a no go to smoke. It's a fungus colony of some sort.

Oh man that sucks. I would try cutting it below that point and see if it spreads. I've had plants with bud mold before that wasn't in every nug, so maybe you get lucky and only loose that part of the plant. I'd definitely spray the area with h202 before cutting tho

So I cut off all the bad parts that I can see sadly I lost almost all the big stocks but have maybe 2/3 of the plant left is there anything I can spray on the plant or in the tent to keep it from coming back

The one time I had bud mold (power was out for 2 weeks!) I sprayed infected areas with h202 then cut them out. If it shows again you'll just have to cut it out. Sucks. Maybe an early harvest would be best.

So did you just spray strait h202 on the plant or was it diluted? And just spray the stems or the buds too

4 parts water. 1 part 3% h2o2. Spray the entire plant and the soil. Spray the walls too.


Rinse the plant afterwards. Straight water. Wash the fizz off.

I sprayed the infected areas before I cut them so to not spread spores around. Straight h202 is what I used.

IDK about spraying anything on the good ones so close to harvest. There's obviously a moisture issue there so spraying everything might not be a great idea. You already removed infected areas so wait a day or 3 and see if it comes back, then maybe spray.
