Hmm....tough to say. Looks like it could be overfert that led to nutelock, but that's just a possibility. Could you add some more info about your grow? Soil type? Any fert added yet? Water PH? Temps? Lights? Etc.....the more info you provide, the more likely we'll be able to help you identify, and fix, your problem.

I actually think I see a few little pests on that one leaf in picture one, maybe just dirt, but if it is, could answer your question
